Driving home on route 9

Driving home on route 9 yesterday I saw a guy in a white and maroon Cadillac who had made an interesting modification to the break light in the middle of his rear windshield. He had covered up the break light with a paper stop sign and wired up two little white animatronic teddy bears on either side of it. The teddy bears had stop signs on their chests and when the driver stepped on the breaks, they waved their arms up and down. I had my camera but I didn’t think to take a picture.
