BCIS nee INS

In case you missed it as I did, the Immigration and Naturalization Service is no more and is now part of the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services under the Department of Homeland Security. Now how are we supposed to say that? “Bee-sis”? “Bee-see-eye-ess”? I like “Bee-sis”.
