Well, I’ve actually produced something visible at work now. I spent the last couple of days building Fuelspot.com. Right now it is the kind of site that makes my skin crawl: splash page, frames, giant mouseover GIFs, Netscape-incompatible… but I’ll be working on all of those things today.
The worst thing about today’s politically correct workplace is that I can’t go to sites like The Shower Project without worrying about who’s looking over my shoulder. I’m really only blogging this so I’ll remember to take a look at it when I get home.

George, the guy who runs the gym that I just joined, says that if I want to gain weight, I should eat more protein. It seems like nobody can agree about what kind and how much protein to eat, though. This article says, “You’ve got to combine protein!” This one says, “No, you don’t!” This one says, “You’ve got to eat a lot of protein. This one says, “Don’t eat too much!”
