George, the guy who runs the gym that I just joined, says that if I want to gain weight, I should eat more protein. It seems like nobody can agree about what kind and how much protein to eat, though. This article says, "You've got to combine protein!" This one says, "No, you don't!" This one says, "You've got to eat a lot of protein. This one says, "Don't eat too much!"
